Excellent, near mint condition with a tiny scratch.  Includes original box and extras, as pictured.  Germanium transistors with Bias control to make them behave, or at least ask them to behave.  Marked "LFB15010210 M J M" on inside of back cover, same as on the box lid.  Perhaps "London Fuzz Bias" and coded transistor gain levels (150, 210) and year (2010)?   The transistors are metal cans with markings sanded off, the size and shape of some good TI transistors I know of, but I don't know what they are.  The power requirements are mentioned in the included instruction sheet (dated 2008).  I recommend using a battery to keep it simple and safe.  It likely sounds better that way anyway.  There are no components for power protection in this circuit, so be careful.
