Mint, like new condition. Includes original box, adapter, etc as pictured. Note there was a minor finish blem on this pedal. It is on the right side, near the Rate pot. Some black ink from the printing is smeared there. Given that it is pretty easy to scratch the paint off these units, I expect it wouldn't take much to remove the extra ink on the side. I just never got around to it.
I bought this unit new in 2008. It is a reissue. I believe it is a reissue of V5 of the Electric Mistress, but I could be wrong about that.
