Mint, like-new condition in original box and packing materials.  These were sold by RadioShack in the '80s as reverb units.  They are basically an analog delay, but with a gain function that can go from mostly clean to dirty to fuzz.  1/4" jacks make it easy to put in a guitar effects chain.  Takes batteries or power adapter.  Tone is a kinda garage/punk dirty delay that can develop into one of those guilty pleasures.  I haven't taken this one apart to look, but apparently the delay is based on the MN3207 chips, often used in the older analog delays, flangers, etc by the big pedal companies.
