Mint, like new condition. Comes with original box, etc as pictured. When I bought the pedal, Geoffrey sent me an email with several pdf documents attached. They are about maintenance and settings and other useful info. If you buy the pedal, I'll forward those documents to you. I don't think this version of the RMC3 is available now, and I didn't find any docs at the RMC site for the RMC3FL and all of its controls, so you'll probably find the pdf documents helpful.
